The City of Ontario has initiated demolition for the site designated for the new D-Block mixed-use development.
Situated off Euclid Avenue, between E and D Streets, the redeveloped D-Block site will feature four-story mixed-use buildings with 109 residential units and 6,250 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Amenities will include:
– Pool & Deck Area
– Ground Floor Work & Retail Space
– Ground Floor Fitness Center
– Roof Deck & Club House
The new structures have been thoughtfully designed to harmonize with existing historic downtown buildings, with a modern interpretation of a traditional American small town.
As part of the City’s ongoing efforts to revitalize and enhance the historic downtown area, the future D-Block development aims to attract more individuals and optimize available space.
